Found some inspiration today. The photo is from a slide I was able to scan into my computer using my new scanner. I'm guessing that I was 7 or 8. Journaling reads:

Digging For Buried Treasures
We used to own land on or near the Manistee
River in Michigan. I believe the area was 
used for logging in the late 1800's. Sometimes
dad and I would dig for buried "treasures".
I remember finding the bottle and was amazed
it wasn't broken.

Oh Kelly what a sweet photo and I love the look of “success” on your face - what a cutie you were!  I really love your beautifully blended background and the soft shamrocks on your page.  I especially like your pretty embellishments, in particular the hanging beads; your layout is awesome!

fantastic layout. i remember watching a show about collectibles and this guy had a collection of bottles he had dug up and it was worth thousands and thousands of dollars
