Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden

I live south of Dallas. The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden is one of my favorite places to visit and take photos. There are many named gardens within the 66 acres of the arboretum. One of them is the Woman's Garden with the infinity pool. When it's not too crowded, I find it's a peaceful place to sit, breathe and reflect. TFL

Wow!! This looks so cool and refreshing I can see why it would be your happy place. In my mind Dallas is hot and humid but this seems far from that. Is that a lake beyond the pool? I would be in heaven with 66 acres to explore, how fortunate you are. I love how you have used this months club to bring out the blues in the photo.

Sixty-six acres?  Wow, that’s amazing!   I remember you’ve done some lovely layouts of the aboretum and this one is lovely and really does look so peaceful!  Yyour photo and blending is really pretty and I liked the blues you used in your background.  Your clusters are really gorgeous and I like how you’ve balanced them in diagonal corners.   Thanks for sharing this part of your hometown in the Tuesday Challenge. :)

Oh yes, Dallas does get hot and humid in the summertime. I go as early as possible and only stay for a few hours. Early Spring and Fall are the best times to visit weather wise. White Rock Lake is next to but separate from the arboretum.

This looks like a peaceful place to sit to relax. I love the stunning colors you used and your masking is really super. Thanks for showing us where you love to go in your area.
