Oh my gosh Jane, I knew you lived in a beautiful place but this is stunning and to think you could walk there in 5 minutes really IS paradise!   Your photo is gorgeous and thanks for explaining what we’re seeing in the scene.   Your background and blending is, as always lovely and I really like the soft texture and colors you used.   I especially like your use of lighting and brushwork, especially the palm tree, this is really an amazing page.  Thanks for sharing this part of your hometown in the Tuesday Challenge Gallery.

Amazing spot and beautifully scrapped. Your use of color, picking up the turquoise and rusty orange of the photo, sets the scene so well. I am always looking for new ways to frame my pages and love the border you created. Was that part of the SS Blend which you modified? I love it and would like to do something similar. And of course, it is obvious you do indeed, live in Paradise!!
