Part 2 of a 2-page LO from Zanzibar.

Journaling reads;

A walk on the beach early morning on our first day at Zanzibar. It was totally calm and quiet, and you got an almost unreal feeling...

The tide was pretty high, and we looked for shells, took photos and just enjoyed the scenery!

Papers from Katie Pertiet's "Shell Collector no 3"

Netting from Katie Pertiet's "Seaside Kit"

Shells from Katie Pertiet's "Shells"

Frames from Katie Pertiet's "Curled Photo Frames"

This is beautiful! The colors are perfect for the layout and really let your gorgeous photos shine! I can't wait to see all the layouts from your trip!

"Love this one also, how did you travel, charter or did you book everything yourself? - moltac"

I booked everything through a travelagent in Stockholm - "The African Safari Company".

The guy working there has worked for the agency in Nairobi who took care of us in Kenya,

and he has also been the General Manager of the resort we stayed in at Zanzibar.

Now he's married to a swedish girl and has moved to Stockholm.

He made an itinerary according to my wishes, and also took note of things I said, like when my birthday

was, and the anniversary of Leif proposing to me...

Since it wasn't a charter-trip, and it was only Leif and me in the safari-car, it was a bit expensive - but sooo

worth every penny!

Love this layout! It looks so peaceful there!

Love the papers and embellishments you have used and your arrangement of the shells looks really nice.

I love the calming tan you have used in your layout. I also really like how you have curled your photo's. The little embellishments work beautifully with your theme. Great LO

Both the pictures and the bg and shells captured the peacefulness of an early morning beach walk. Wonderful!

Another gorgeous layout. Of course I love them partially because I love tropical places and you have such good pictures of the beach here. The layout is nice too with all of the shells and the mess behind and I really like the compass stamp in the background. You did a great job here.
