This is also my #hashtag for July/water: #scrapgirls
Duke Kahanamoku (August 24, 1890 – January 22, 1968) was a Native Hawaiian competition swimmer who popularized the ancient Hawaiian sport of surfing.
I love this Mermaid collection by Laura Louie and finally got to use it!  Most of the cluster is made by Laura and part of the value pack. :)
For this ATC I used:
LLO Mermaid Cove Value Pack
SNU SS Styles: Shadow Me
KVE SS Styles Starburst Pastels

Did you know there's a mermaid school for adults (and a mermaid camp for kids) here in Florida? :D
Very pretty ATC! I love the wavy design of your quote and Laura's and your cluster is perfect!

Oh, I must check that out, sounds awesome!  Then again, I’ve always dreamed of swimming with dolphins!  :)

I think you should go to weeki wachee if not to learn to be a mermaid but at least to see them. The show is great and the river is so crystal clear and beautiful.

I love the ATC. Thank you so much for making this adorable one.

Thanks Debby!  I went to Weeki Wachee a LONG time ago and saw the show, but I did NOT know they had a mermaid camp, wowie!
I actually had an “aunt” that was a swimmer and swam in the show there many years ago.
