Journalling challenge - 2 peas in a pod
My brother and I have always been close growing up in the southern suburbs of Brisbane. As we grew older I stayed in Brisbane, married and settled down to raise our children. Trevor moved to the Northern Territory with work and eventually married up there. His work then took him to Western Australia where he still lives with his family. We were lucky enough to have him & his wife in Queensland for the Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast. When they finished he and Peta did some travelling before heading home to WA. We caught up again in South Australia & they joined David and myself for three days of travel. We stayed in our separate caravans overnight in the town of Woomera. We realised we had a lot of similarities as we were often taken for twins when we were growing up. Imagine the surprise when we both emerged from our separate caravans wearing identical shirts and and the same colour jumpers. We are definitely ‘in synch’ even though we live many miles apart.
