I can’t believe that this photo qualifies for a Heritage Challenge but this sweet little guy will turn 30 in December! This is my Godson Chris at about 10 months, we’d taken him to a turkey farm and lunch and there were lots of great Autumn decorations around.  I used LLO this month’s SaG Club by Laura Louie on this page, it’s gorgeous!
For this layout I used:
LLO Artistic Autumn October 2018 SG Club
SNU SS DLO Templates: Blended Grunge
SNU SS Styles: Shadow Me
KVE SS Styles: Starburst Pastels
and my own photo

This is a lovely page. Nice older ( heritage) photo . He looks a cute little boy... did he grow up cute? You have used the club kit well to create your special page.

Anne Marie, yes!   Chris grew up cute - the same sweet face as a baby, but older.  More importantly he grew up into the nicest and good young man, someone to be proud of.  :)

How sweet is your page, he is so cute. Look at how tiny he is compared to the pumpkins, love the wire mesh in your background too with the glorious pumpkin color as well.

Wow that is so great. I love the happy little pumpkin's smiley face. Adorable photo and so well scrapped. I like that title and sub title work too. Excellent LO. Yup he is a handsome man to so I do see why you are proud.

What a sweet smile Chris had -- and still has! He does look adorable next to those big pumpkins. I love your page, especially the masking and that lovely background.

So I have to ask, was it Larison's Turkey Farm? I remember going out there a few times before Thanksgiving!  Nice layout and and ever nicer photo!

Yes!   It was absolutely Larison’s in Chester!  I don’t even eat turkey, but I miss that place - it was fun and so was the sitting and walking around outside and sometimes eating family style!   It was open all year round. :)

I remember going there as well!!! It's been a REALLY long time, but the one thing I remember the most is that live turkeys do not smell all that pleasant!!!

Larison’s has been closed for awhile and me too - that little guy in the photo was 30 yesterday and that was probably the last time I was there!  I just looked it up and found out : "The restaurant closed in 2000, and has been unsuccessfully revived three times since, the last one closing in 2009."

This article - Larison’s - says the property might be bought for development; it has some photos of the farm!

I found lots of articles, like THIS one - oh gosh I forgot about the bear!
