This is my submission for the Tuesday 1/8/19 Weekly Newsletter Challenge to create a multi-photo layout.
Jouraling: When David and Rheanne replaced the roof on their older home, the roofer pointed out that they needed airflow around their attic insulation to allow heat to escape through the rooftop vents, preventing ice dams from forming on the roof in the winter. Since their bedroom was in the attic, this became a bedroom renovation project. They took out paneling so they could remove the old cellulose insulation, then put in the new rolls of insulation, leaving spaces for airflow. They sealed the spaces, put back the paneling and painted everything. With freshly painted walls, the old floor was an eyesore, so they sanded it down and refinished it, leaving them with a gorgeous new bedroom.
