Jan 2019 Recipe Swap; Slow Cooker Pumpkin Soup

You know I love pumpkin...but pumpkin soup gives me pause.  LOL  This sounds yummy.  I must try it!!  Beautiful card Marilyn!

I totally do know we are pumpkin twins and thought of you when making and posting this.  Diane said they’ve even put salsa on top with the sour cream .

Very pretty card! I should try this next time my mom comes, she loves soup of any kind!

See...I thought, maybe I would leave out the tomatoes or only put in half of them.  LOVE pumpkin, do NOT love tomatoes.  AND then you say you add salsa???  I'm not sure I can do that but now I really want to try this soup!!  Maybe if I get snowed in this weekend I will get brave and try this.

I LOVE pumpkin soup, it’s kinda like butternut squash soup.  And I also love pumpkin ravioli and once had pumpkin lasagna that was so yummy.    Jody laughed so hard when I once mentioned pumpkin pie - sweet.   She had only heard of using pumpkin as a savory - part of a meal and couldn’t imagine a pumpkin dessert!   Imagine!
