Weekend Challenge 2/9/19: Purse

Journaling reads:
Years ago I carried a large handbag but discovered the bigger it was, the more I carried and that was too tiring! So I downsized and mostly used a smaller backpack purse. But after shoulder injury and then surgery two years ago I couldn’t use a backpack or shoulder bag and going to Physical Therapy three times a week on a bus needed a small bag to carry. I found this one - brand new in my closet, light and small! It’s filled up a bit since but what’s in there now is: a wallet, a brush, a pen, tissues, eye drops, wipes for the little boy I work with and ThinOptics travel reading glasses!
For this layout I used:
ASO Vanilla Plum Pudding Collection
STI JIF6 Lil One Paper
and my own photo

You've managed to squeeze all your essentials into that little purse - even a brush! Wow. Great page, too.  I love the dotted paper edge.

I am a little like you and have downsized my handbag. Your large photo blended into the background looks great. I like the snoopy packet of tissues.

I remember my mom's purse being huge and full of so much stuff - it was always a mysterious bag that I wanted to go through!  I'm the opposite, like you, I don't like carrying a lot with me.  I like the purse, it's pretty!

So funny that your purse got smaller over the years so did mine. I find that it is easier to find what I need in my smaller every day bag.

I totally agree about the bigger bags the more you carry :) I used to forget what I had in it but now I always know whats in it :)  I like your bag Marilyn :)

I like your bag, so pretty! Sometimes I'd go out with just my driver's license in my pocket I got so tired of carrying a purse. Love the papers you used on this. Cute snoopy packet.
