Vegetable Soup

Oh this sounds so good and easy to make vegetarian too!   I like the colors you used here.

This sounds good (and easy!), but I'm not sure I've ever seen Veg-All mixed vegetables. Must be something to find in the US. I guess I could use frozen veggies.

Veg-Al (brand name) is canned mixed vegetables.  Carrots, potatoes, lima beans, green beans and others I'm sure.  It's my favorite.  You could certainly use frozen vegetables!
