Sunday night we went to see a friend perform at a club outside of Nashville. She’s amazing!
I found a group on Facebook for owners of Great Pyrenees dogs and I feel like I have found my people! Ivy isn’t bad, the entire breed is like this!!!
Our grandson Preston has been on breathing treatments all week and we were afraid he might end up in the hospital, but we dodged a bullet!
Dave got his first therapy at the doctor’s office this week. Still hoping to see some improvement.
Peter Tork of the Monkees died this week. So many of my favorites from that era are passing away. It’s so sad.
Dave’s sister Sharon and her daughter Jessica flew up from Miami for a very quick visit. We boarded Ivy so we could stay in town for a night and had a really nice dinner at The Palm. We wanted hot chicken but all the Hattie B’s were packed with lines out the door in the pouring rain. Maybe next time.
Speaking of rain, we had flash flood warnings all week. The photo on the bottom left is a soccer field behind one of our local churches. Stewart Creek was way over its banks!
We picked Ivy up on Saturday afternoon and she looked so pretty! We had her groomed she was very happy to be home.
