I forgot to mention that we left the retreat several hours early due to severe weather moving in. We were on top of a moutain and the roads hadn’t been too good going up the day before. We didn’t want to take any chances.
Ivy was very glad to see me, can you tell?! I was only gone one night and Dave said she wouldn’t eat and slept the entire time I was gone. Poor baby!
A couple signs of spring: turkey buzzards on the neighbor’s roof (ewww, dead squirrel), and my Easter lilies are sprouting!
We (Ivy and I) are getting ready for St. Patrick’s Day! She has her sparkly headband, and I have a new wine glass.
