What a pretty ATC and I love your photo treatment and sketch - it’s so dainty and almost makes me like rain!    I like your framing and background and the umbrella really completes the page.  :)

Super creative photo treatment. I love the stamp frame to set off you photo. Super moody background paper too, it works great to show off the photo. Very cute umbrella. Thank you for making this great card for this months weather ATC Challenge.
