Tuesday Challenge 5/14//19 Escape: Scrapping

Hard to say what I do to relax, but for sure scrapping normally absorbs me so the rest of the world goes away.
My friend and two siblings lost their Mom in November, then 5 months later to the day, their Dad. I was very close to both and “family" to all so last week they gave me a memento of their parents. I was so touched and and wanted to send a special thanks so I scrapped it.  I used a crazy text font here to hide the words since it was personal and didn’t want to post them.  The original looks better, but this works.

What a great way to disguise sensitive journaling. This is such a pretty background and I love the simple embellishments. I'm so sorry for the losses of your close friends parents. That must have been so hard on everyone. How sweet that you sent this special note to the remaining family.

This is such a pretty, really beautiful, page. I love its softness and the pastel colors. Clever you, disguising the text, too! Having lost my parents withing 3 months of each other, I can understand what your friend is going through. Very sad.

First, sorry for the lost of your dear family/friends. This is so pretty and I'm glad you explained your clever disguise of your sensitive letter. When I saw it in the thumbnail I thought hhmmm is this some type of foreign language?

And scrapping is a great way to escape. I, too get very absorbed when I'm creating.
