I know, isn't that frustrating when you can't get something to look the way you want it to? Fortunately, this turned out great! Maybe not what you envisioned, but lovely nonetheless. Those colors are gorgeous and your photo is beautiful.

I know what you mean by frustrating but from my viewpoint, this is really lovely!  I like your photo and OOB framing, that pansy looks like it’s real and coming right at me.   I LOVE your purple background and the word art you used.

I think you did a fabulous job, and I'm trying to figure out how you got the flower to jump off the page like that.  I love all the grunge in the background, and the text bits.  I'm curious, too, what your other two layouts were!

Thanks, Mikelle! To make the pansy pop out I just used Ginny Whitcomb's Stacked Photo SS Embellishment Templates. I just used a different mask because I forgot I had the templates and remembered when I was almost done with the page. I kind of surprised myself! lol!

I'm not sure why you're not pleased - I think's it's beautiful!!  The striking color of the flower is amazing.
