So I kind of thought outside the box on this one. The front of our house faces west. Several years ago I took some photos of a sunset. All the colors in this page is from one of those photos. I didn't use any filter or any blend mode, etc to the photo. I used one of Angie's Street Grunge overlays and added a silver metal style on the top half. For the "light" requirement I added one of Jennifer one Ziegler's Lens flares. Then topped it of with one of Amanda Fraijo-Tobin's Life Montage Word Art Borders. TFL!

What a fun, creative page! Your sunset photo background is just glorious - amazing colors! I like all the silver style on the overlay - very cool effect. Along with the lens flare and border, you have created a very striking, distinctive page!

Oh Kelly, this is magnificent in so many ways! Your sunset photos are stunning and add the perfect color and background to your page.  I keep looking through this and reading your explanation in awe, this is so creative and came out so awesome, WOWIE!  :)
