This is one of me and my dh's local places where we like to eat. Unfortunately, sometimes the quality differs depending on the day we go, but when it's good, it's GOOD. So we think it's worth the chance. :)

Nessa Paper Biggie

Intuition Alpha

Red paper from Friendship Paper Biggie merged with red paper from Faithful Paper Biggie and masked over the alphas

ScrapSimple Tools - Styles: Inked Edges Neutrals 4102 (used on the recolored alphas)

I use PSCS2 on my iMac.

Cool shot Laurel! I like that the person looks blurred.

Great colors. Feels like a warm and inviting place, and then the blue framing adds a bit of fun.

Love the way the title overlaps into the photo.

Very cool!

What a great idea to scrap a piece of your everyday life right now. Interesting angle to the picture - seems like a warm, friendly place!

As others have said, a great angle shot.

This layout really jumps out at you from the gallery. I would have never used the blue in the layout, but I absolutely love it and it really frames the photo well.

this page is so beautiful! How come I've never seen these pages before!? I love how long and thin your pic is and that flourish is just gorgeous! I also like that you scrap about everyday things. To me that's the perfect ideal of a scrapbook...to be able to look back in time and see who you were at that time. I love your work!

Ya know what - I would NEVER have given a thought to scrapping some of my favorite places to go, but WHY NOT? They are an important part of my life! Thanks for a GREAT idea!
