Elisha Barnett: Silent Night Collection Biggie

Fonts: Arezzo Becker, Garamond

The photo shows a real mother with her little baby. These three posed for over an hour for a living nativity at my son's church, and the baby slept through it all. Then they rotated in a new set of three for the next time period. This was just one part of the birth of Christ depicted in little scenes throughout the church building. My son led the angel choir, and they thought about singing from the rooftop, but temperatures were below 0 Fahrenheit with dangerous winds for standing on the roof. I was glad they found an alternate location inside the church.

Beautiful page.   I’ve always wanted to see a live Nativity, but they’ve always been outside and freezing cold!   I like how you centered and the photo and surrounded it with a glittered circle.

Stunning LO with the gold and blue. Amazing that that baby slept so long making it such a perfect photo. Wonderful LO

That must have been quite affecting in person, a beautiful way to celebrate the season. And amazing, too, that the baby slept through it all. I love how you made the lighted circle and I also love the deep blue sky with the silhouette of Bethlehem. Altogether lovely!

This is gorgeous! Your photo is amazing. I love how you framed it with the gold tinsel that also mimics hay found in a stable. I like how you anchored the bottom with the buildings. And the different ways you've including the lyrics is a nice touch.
