I baked my usual ginger shortbread and Norwegian Christmas Cookies the other day. I have the family staying and maybe I'll have to make more as they have already eaten a lot of them. I am not a lover  of ginger but I think I would enjoy your Norwegian cookies as I like almonds. This is a lovely page to share these photos. I like those two elves!
