Andrea - I am sure you could substitute chicken broth, beef broth or maybe even a ginger ale. There is plenty of Bavarian zing from the dill and caraway seeds.

This sounds interesting and different. I love your card, and especially the beers and seeds.

Aha ginger ale would probably work.

 

Got to make this one. That sounds yummy and I love German food I'm sure it will bring back memories of when we lived there. Great card.

Interesting combination of ingredients.  I like the beers on the card, they add nice color.
