The Champions for each division of NASCAR (Monster Cup Series, Xfinity Series and Gander Outdoors Truck Series) were determined after a grueling 11month season that began with the Daytona 500 in February 2019. I became interested in racing after my younger brother was hired as a fabricator/welder for the now defunct NASCAR IROC series. The IROC cars were built in Tinton Falls, New Jersey which is about 35 minutes north of my home in Toms River. There is plenty of excitement to experience in a trip to a NASCAR event… The music before the races, all different types of food, the individuals you meet who come from all over the USA and other countries and last but not least the race itself. Celestine Posted May 2, 2020 This looks really well coordinated! I never would have thought is was from a mish-mash of products. Great photo and layout! Quote Link to comment
Florida granny Posted May 2, 2020 You put this together beautifully! That's a fabulous photo, too. I used to work in Tinton Falls, but not for the IROC cars. Super page. Quote Link to comment
LindaH57 Posted May 2, 2020 Thank you so much for your kind comments… I really appreciate it! I wasn't going to do much journaling but when I ended up with the musical note and the apple I was stumped. It got me thinking about all that I experienced during the day at the track. Mikelle Posted May 6, 2020 Wow Linda, you really did a great job, and your journaling incorporates the embellishments you ended up with. I declare this a masterpiece, for sure! I agree too, fabulous photo, the perspective of it, looking down the lines of cars - just perfect! Quote Link to comment
