Andrea_Oxtail Stew

Sounds delicious and sounds like a recipe I used to make using beef short ribs. Haven't seen them in the meat counter in some time. It was really good. Like your card especially the title and word wave.

My digestive system does not digest beef very well anymore so I tend to stay away from it.  BUT my husband would probably love this.  And my future son-in-law (wedding postponed due to Covid-19) talks about making and eating Ox Tail.  Don't know what he does with it, but the next time they are in town, I will definitely make this.  It does look yummy!

 

I love oxtail and used to eat it a lot in the UK but we cant always get it here. Your recipe sounds delicious and love your card  

My sisters also told me she loved this same recipe using Lamb Shanks (when we could afford it - post WW2)

 

My grandmother used to make oxtail soup quite often. I'm not sure oxtail is available anymore. I remember it was quite good. A hearty and rich soup. Thanks for showing off the Recipe Cards!
