Jane this is breathtaking - such gorgeous work here.   I love what you did with your photo and your blending as always is beautiful with the perfect papers behind.  I like your cluster too.

PS I’m wondering how you made your watercolor?

As soon as I saw the boats I had to take a closer look...this is beautiful. Great embellishments too. Super effect and blending. I love it.

Beautiful!  Love the sketch effect on the large photo and the use of brushes in this layout.

Drop Dead Gorgeous!!!  I Love everything about this.  I also was struck by the way you did the title with the font and the swirl behind it! 

Ditto to all above. -lus the dotted swirls add movement. Stunning.

In Elements19 I've been trying a lot of the techniques in the guided section and this LO I used the 'Line Drawing' technique in the Black & White category

Thank you Jane for explaining, it’s really gorgeous.   Im working in PSE 13, have 20 ready to put on but haven’t been able to do it yet.   I just checked, I have “Line Drawing” and “Black & White” in the Photo Effects category.   I’d like to try this out, thank you.
