Mom's Potato Salad

This is certainly one of those recipes that Mom has to bring to most events, no matter the season. She's made it with either ham or canned corned beef; both are good! The must have ingredient is the pickle juice. We like dill pickles the best for this salad.

Mom doesn't do very elaborate decorating, but some of my aunts and uncles could get very creative! (decorating is totally optional, I seldom do it)
