PL 2020 Covid Book: Fairy Garden in a Pandemic

I start my Project Life pages early each month and here I am coming in under-the-wire again. :(
The big sign reads: “The Fairies ask: Please don’t touch and please stay on the driveway.   *** Don’t forget to keep a safe distance from each other”.  The smaller sign reads: “New Fairies arriving daily; come back and see.”.

Journaling reads:
My Fairies normally start arriving in late May and I set up their Villages in early June. This year with the pandemic and NJ Stay-at-Home orders I started to put it together in March. Since all schools had been closed lots of children were taking walks around the neighborhood so I scrapped and printed signs inviting them in to look. And they did! All through Spring and Summer I’’d occasionally hear voices outside my window and see visitors to the garden. Usually the fairies are long gone by November but since I still see children coming to look, it’s up until the first snow.
For this layout I used: LLO Homebody Value Pack
SNU SS Styles: Shadow Me
BMU SS Layout Templates: Background Blenders 4
AFT SS Styles: Every Day Glitter Value Pack
AFT SS Paper Templates” Antique Edgers
and my own photo

Love your layout!! This is a wonderful way to infuse some playfulness into this pandemic situation that has turned everyone’s lives upside down.  It is an activity that others can enjoy safely.  I love how you give the children something to look forward to by saying new fairies are arriving daily and inviting them to come back. Your layout makes me want to see your fairy garden in person. Thanks for sharing.

I love that you painted signs for neighborhood kids! Your fairy garden is truly something special to behold! I like how you have a split overlay over the photo - it adds a hint of misty softness and mysteriousness.

Oh how I wish I could  visit you so I could see your wonderful fairy garden!   How special to have the children visiting your garden. Your page to share this looks great. The pretty glittery edging goes well with the fairies.

Your fairy garden is a delight! It must lift a lot of spirits every year and especially this year with things being what they are. What a great idea inviting the children in to look. Your page is beautiful, too and I especially like the glitter edge.
