Oh my goodness, Lucy is so beautiful and looks like she could be a baby model!  Your photo is precious and I really like your masking and soft background - it's so cheerful and made me smile like Lucy does.  Your OOB work is great and I love your use of the alpha brush with the letters of Lucy's name.   This is such a happy layout and I so enjoyed it, Jane.
