This sounds yummy!  I'm always looking for more Instant Pot recipes and what a great way to make the filling for a pie!  

This makes me wish I had an instant pot.   Your recipe sounds so easy and your card is really pretty.  I like how you included a photo and your cluster at the bottom is great.

What an interesting recipe. My husband loves chicken pot pie and rotisserie chicken, so I will need to try this!
