When Nedelene was about a week old, she woke up one night for a feed. When I

picked her up she just stared into my eyes as if to say, Well Mom, it’s just

you and me. That was the  moment she just climbed 

right into my heart.

We celebrated her 53 birthday on 1 May. 

I am not happy with this layout. I'm not good at making clusters and I think I have to many photos on the page. Suggestions please.

I love your journaling and seeing lovely Nedelene as a baby and small child. I'm not good at suggestions but do think planning a page is easier (for me at least) if I use a ready-made template. I think SG has some tutorials on clusters, too, that you could check out. They might give you more confidence. I like the happy mood of this page and the use of a clock showing time.

When I am looking for inspiration on layout design, I go to my template stash. I also go to a file I keep of favorite layouts by other scrappers. 

For creating clusters, I look at those created by other skilled crafters. April Martell is especially good at creating clusters.
