Hmmm, This has me thinking. When I was growing up, my grandma would always make a peach pie for my summer birthday. For some reason, the recipe was not in her collection that I inherited after she passed and we have tried several recipes but they haven't been quite the same. Grandma cooked often with jello, so I wonder if this could have been one of her ingredients?  Thanks for sharing. Your photos look yummy.
