Peameal Bacon is a cured pork loin roast, rolled in corn meal. Named for its origins in being rolled in ground peas, primarily in the Toronto area of Southern Ontario. Pork loin can be used as a substitute.

I just saw Conda's comment, above, about the templates. I don't have them either, but they are going right into my Wish List. :D
