Orecchiette with Broccoli Rabe

I feel so much more educated after reading this recipe - never heard of orecchiette pasta or broccoli rabe. Must investigate my midwest markets and give this a try!

It's delicious with escarole too. OK... midwest. Um... spinach is good, too, but you would know not to cook the spinach for a full 5 minutes as it is more tender than the other two greens. Good luck!
