So sorry that your time volunteering has come to an end. always difficult when it's not your own choice. You've found a beautiful way to record your feelings on your last day.

I love the journaling and the very pretty layout. The paper that you used is beautiful. I must go find it. Such pretty colours.

Hilary, It was not my last day. I have not been able to be at the Home for a few weeks because of our state being in lockdown. To tell the truth I would not cope with walking back into the facility to say goodbye to  the residents - way too emotional.

Your journaling is wonderful and I'm sorry your time at the Home has ended for now...  I hope you will be able to continue in some way in the future either there or another facility as the work that you share is so important.   Your layout is so pretty and I like that you used bright, cheery color even though you were sad.    Your page is so well balanced and I really like how you arranged it all.

So sad to hear that chapter is ending. I know it was an important part of your life and a kind connection for the residents. Your layout, though, is very beautiful. I like the opposite rectangles and the tag and cluster. Great paper.

I'm sorry, Anne-Marie, that is sad to have to say goodbye.  This pandemic really has changed a lot of things for a lot of people.  Your page is so pretty, too, very elegant.
