He was actually named after the figure skating jump, an axel, that my daughter had just learned. Guess who named him, LOL?

I agree with the others - the border is beautiful The minimalist elements with the whitespace is really beautiful too. And poor Axel - what a shame he doesn't like car ride. Beautiful layout.

Great photos and border. I love the little clusters and the pretty background paper. Axel must have had an incredibly hard journey. Poor little mutt. 

What a beautiful page. Great quote. As a child, I always got car sick. I can identify with Axel; I never wanted to go on a long trip.
