This could be cooked like a stew on the stove top but is best cooked slower in the oven.

This sounds easy and it's nice it can be cooked like a stew.   The dressing sounds delicious.  I like your card and how you included a photo and the background you chose is lovely.

This sounds delicious and savory!  Lovely card, Anne-Marie.  I like the "kitchen tile-looking" background, it is perfect for your recipe.

Lovely card and love the ingredients in your recipe. Will admit, I've never cooked mutton before, this looks like a good one to start!

Bet, that was how the recipe is in my mother's old recipe book. I don't think we can even buy mutton here in Australia any longer. I used to enjoy cooking Hogget which is a sheep half way  between Lamb and Mutton as  it had more flavor than lamb but that also is no longer available at our butcher shops.

The only thing I have seen in our markets is lamb. Might try it with that.

I've never cooked mutton either, but we do like lamb, so I'll try that. I like that it cooks in the oven, too. Sounds delicious! I like your card and especially that mouth-watering photo.
