Great LO -you did a wonderful job and I'm jealous that you had such a great LO for your first post!

Jodie, fantastic first post! I love how you are peeking out from behind the camera in the photo and the photo is peeking out from behind all the embellis... great layering going on here. The grunge mixed with the feminine bows and flowers and black and white with purple are interesting contrasts.

Great LO! The strip with all the embellishments reminds me of the floss organizers used in hand needlework. Great job!

Wow. I always look at other people's first pages and compare them to my firsts... I'm not sure my most recent LO's are as good as this! Incredible!

This is fantastic. Love the layering and the grunge and all the accents. Nicely done.

This is delightful! Shabby chic at its finest. I can't believe this is your first layout. You mean first time to go over 1000 layouts, right?

Wow, if this is your first post, we're in trouble! It's great! :) I wish my first post had looked even half this good... even my current layouts! :) I love the B&W with the purple and all the ribbons and staples on your paper strip are awesome. Love it!

I find that monochromatic look with just a little color added to be very appealing. You added a lot of detail and embellshment without detracting from the photo. And I love the chipped, scraped, peeling, grungy feel of the whole thing.
