Journaling: When I was a child, Easter meant getting a new dress, new shoes and possibly some inexpensive jewelry. Mom got a new dress, plus a new hat, that I never saw her wear after Easter. My brother got a new shirt, pants and shoes. These outfits were our “good” clothes to be worn only to church or a special occasion. Dad would get behind the camera and take our picture before heading to church. I don’t recall new clothes for Dad, but he always wore a hat and had lots of them. What a delightful page and memory journaling, Betty. I enjoyed this so much because it sounded so much like my childhood Easters - especially the Easter hats!   Your photo is precious and I really like your beautifully blended background and Easter embellishments, this is really lovely.  I like seeing younger you, too!
