Mom's Lamb Casserole

So nice to have a recipe from your Mom and this one sounds easy enough to make and festive enough to serve.   Your card is really pretty and I like the beads strung up with a bow.

This sounds so good! I'm with you about the celery tops. I have some recipes that call for celery leaves and they can be hard to find not all trimmed.

I have never cooked with or eaten lamb, but this sounds delicious!  I really like the color combination and the way you anchored the ribbon with the brads.
