What a lovely home, Marilyn!  I am glad you stayed safe out of the street!  I love seeing architecture of different regions.  (I'm a contractor's daughter, so I'm geeky like that!)  I really like the photo treatment you used.

Thanks Conda - my Mom loved this house because of the slate/brick in front - it's pretty grey-brown-blues if that makes sense and it does have a unique shape and set up.  

Lovely home and the way you scrapped it is so very beautiful. What a treasure to live in the family home.

Just beautiful. The sketchy effect on your photo is magical - I can feel how sweet your home must be. I love that your family home is still in the family. That's a real priviledge. 

This is a stunning photo treatment of your home and I really like your paper layer behind and the fern leaf. The shapes like journal cards add to the LO as well.

Thank you - I used a watercolor technique Kelly showed me a few years ago.  And, the entire layout is one of those 4x6 pre-made pages where you put the photo in!  I just added in "home sweet home", the Chinese home symbol and the "home" overlay.   The rest was already put together for me!

 Marilyn, This. Is. Gorgeous! The sketch effect turned out perfect as is your quote overlay, I like the green of it. I agree with Diane a pretty greeting card.
