This is SO cool and looks great - I really like this format your've used.   Hmmmmm...  I can see that I agree with almost all of your favorites except for bacon and well...  I like soups, but they are not a favorite!  I really like the way you used the shapes and the colors you used, this is lovely.

Wow, I love the shapes. I would never have thought to use them like this. I love you title work. Lovely layout. Do you know, I've never eaten pumpkin pie? I South Africa, we basically eat boiled and mashed pumpkin with sugar and cinnamon.

Put a little evaporated milk and some nutmeg and cloves with that mashed pumpkin mixture, and throw it in a pie shell. There you have it!

Thanks, I'm definitely going to try that.

Belle - Here is the pie recipe from my grandma. I will say that most often we use the spice mixture found in this recipe card for Pumpkin Pie Spiced Nuts since that is what I keep in my cabinet. It is slightly different with the added nutmeg. Have fun!

PUMPKIN PIE (makes 2)
Ingredients
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (29 oz) can pumpkin
1 ½ cups sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
½ tsp cloves
2 (15 oz) cans evaporated milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Combine filling ingredients in order given. Divide evenly into 2 unbaked 9” pie shells. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake an additional 45 minutes or until knife inserted into center of pie comes out clean.

What a great list of foods!  I really like the way you used the geometric shapes for each food, it's very visually appealing.  I like the addition of the hearts scattered around.

Add me to the list of people who love your creative way of showing your favorite foods. :) The whole page has a happy and whimsical feel and I especially like the scattered hearts.

I have never heard of Black Raspberries. I've heard of Blackberries which I like, but not the other. This is such a happy page. Clever way to present your fav foods and all the heart scattered and colorful dots make for a fun, happy page!

We grow them in our yard. I pick between 20 and 40 quarts each June/July.
