I can relate to this soooo much, Marilyn. I am now the keeper of generations of family items. I despair that these family pieces will hold no value to my kids. The memories are especially precious. 

I can so relate to this when we were downsizing. Love your BG it just shows the turmoil your in  deciding what to keep and what to give away.  

I can relate to this, too. It's tough to get rid of things that were important to loved ones and  hold so many memories. I like the art journal style of your page and especially the swirls that show your confusion. I also like the bright colors against the black and white. Terrific page!

Yep, I am one to agree with everyone above. The energy in your page has just enough tension that the viewer can feel your angst.  Perfectly done.  One day I'll tell you about the 12 giant plastic boxes of kids artwork that I had to go through before we moved.

We have decided to move into the small granny flat and let Janelle move into the house. We have got so much stuff. I love how you journaled this. Love the art journal background.

Your have scrapped your feelings and dilema so brillantly.  The use of the swirls and scribbles and all the different words really conveys what you must be feeling. Perhaps you take photos of some of the things that feel really special to you. But that's easy for me to say as I was fortunate that I didn't have to do this for my parent. 

Ohhh...come to my house an help me!! Definitely hard decisions to make.  I like the graphic background and the all the swirls.  Very well done.
