This is a very introspective look at how thinking affects mood. Over the years I have wrestled with changing the way I think about situations in order to view them more positively and thus end up with a better mood. Making this page was very meaningful to me even though it is a much heavier take on a "mood" layout.

This is really awesome, Sue and I like how you so graphically shared your think process and mood. The silhouette with the gears going around really shows how our minds run away and I like how you showed the words and ways you are trying to change up to their newer versions in bubbles.   This layout is so cool and really so thoughtful.   Thanks for sharing.

I love this! This is me on a daily basis! It's so creative I love the all the gears and how the hopeful words are light and airy floating to the top while the other words are heavy and weighted down. Great layout, Sue!
