June 2022 SG Recipe Swap: Meatless - Spanakopita Casserole

oh, yum! I really like spanakopita, but I've never done well with phyllo dough, so this will be right up my alley. Great photo and I like all the green!

Mmmmm - love all the cheese. Never had this (with or without phyllo) Going to expand my horizons and give this a try.

Ditto! This sounds so yummy, I have always loved spanakopita. I could substitute plant based feta, and probably the other cheeses as well. Might be worth a try!

I just can't get into the replacement cheeses!!  However, most have nutritional yeast, and I'm also allergic to that.  So.    Can you tolerated goat cheese?  Sometimes that's a good substitution.
