Nedelene and Jan used to live no more than 5 minutes away. Now they both bought farms and have left Cape Town. Nedelene lives 8 hours away. I really miss her and Rian.

Jan's farm is 3 hours away. That's not quite so far but I still can't just walk around the corner and go have coffee with Annellie. We went to visit them this weekend which was awesome.

Really like the photo background.  Great colors and word art.  The borders shapes are a really nice addition.  Great art journal page.

Your page is so vibrant and full of energy! your photo of the farm land is lovely and I love all the texture you blended into it. Change is hard when we get so comfortable with the way things used to be. Good for you for trying to stay positive.

Wonderful AJ page. There's so much to look at, and it really conveys the emotions you've described, with both Nedelene and Jan moving further away. I love that you used such a deep green photo for the background, too - great use of a photo for an AJ page!
