This is from my Mom's recipe box, so her handwriting. Apparently she got the recipe from her sister, Sue - hence the "Sue" in the corner.
It's the Italian version of a Health Salad.

This sounds really delicious. It reminds me a little of a recipe my Gran used to make for all the summer gatherings. Cute card and I like your use of the plaid and the label.
