Not my photo but it's Jaclyn's winter guard her senior year. I isolated the background and added the motion blur filter. I also isolated the flags and copied them on a separate layer moving them slightly and added a radial blur filter. Supplies used;  GHW_SummerReverie_SSEmb_PhotoMask2, kimeric_ss_dsp (8), EBA_CarnivalDays_PaperMini_Special, las_florablast_lights,  kimeric_ff_graffiti (6), SDE_BrushSet_ArtScribbles6, tmd_thisbeautifullife_edges2, SDE_BrushSet_ArtScribbles6, tmd_thisbeautifullife_edges2, SRO_SSTools_Styles_DropShadows, SRO_SSToolsStyles_EmbossingStamps

Thanks for telling us the details behind your creation - sometimes we don't realize (even though we do this too) that it's simply not just slapping photos and elements down on a page! Love the vibrant BG & how it matches the flags

Wow Kelly, this is amazing and your photo really looks great and so full of movement!   Iy looks like that was a wonderful routine and the costumes and idea is awesome, it must have been wonderful to see.   I really like your beautifully background and the way you cropped and blended the pics and your border really finishes off the page.

Kelly this is amazing andyou worked so hard at it. Wow great journaling and the quote is so fitting to Chernobyl. The title font is great too. super background with your swirls drawing the eye to the photo. Thank you for joining in my Photo Forum Game.
