Oops, I forgot to credit the template I used! Â Â đŸ˜±đŸŽ„
Journaling reads:

"Childhood Christmas Eves were almost more more exciting than Christmas Day.  My sister and I would be ready and in the car with Dad anxiously waiting for Mom to come so we could go to Grandma’s.  What was taking her so long?  At Grandma’s the house smelled of fish cooking, the Italian Christmas Eve tradition of the Seven Fishes.  My Mom made the kids and herself Grilled Cheese sandwiches but who was hungry?  You could feel the excitement in the air, with six cousins running around and awaiting the night’s big event.  Aunt Stella organized us into “talent” shows and throughout the evening someone would “call” Santa to report naughty children in hopes of reining us in.  Until suddenly we heard “HO HO HO” and Santa arrived with gifts for all!  Years later we learned the various adults who played Santa and strangely, we never missed a father who it  might be.  It was a magical night and the next morning we woke to more presents under the tree from Santa.  After Christmas Dinner my family traveled to my Dad’s family and didn’t arrive home until much later that night where our own Santa presents were waiting under our tree.  My Mom said she felt bad it took so long for us to get to them, but for us is was the end to a wonderful day.  And what took my Mom so long to get in the car on Christmas Eve?  Why, she was Santa’s elf putting all our presents under the tree while we were waiting in the car!"
For this layout I used:
SNU SS Styles: Shadow Me
GWH Naughty or Nice Collection Biggie
AFT SS Styles: Every Day Glitter Value Pack
MRE SS Layout Template: Golden Memories (retired)

and old family photos

What great memories you have documented here! The way you wrapped the images and journaling together is so interesting. I like the antique look to the bg paper with those old fashioned lights. Your photos are a treasure to have.

Those are such wonderful memories! I love the photos you've used to illustrate your journaling and how you've tied them up like the gift they are. Your whole page is festive and sweet.

Thank you and oops.  I was rushing to get this posted and forgot to add credits for the template I used which is how my layout is "wrapped up".   All fixed now.   Merry Christmas!  :xmastree:

What sweet memories you’ve shared and the photos are so special to have! Your template choice is perfect and I love the papers you used. The glitter adds a festive look and the elf peeking out from behind your “present “ ties everything together. Wonderful memory page.
