Ratatouille and halloumi bake

This sounds so good Jane and your cluster and photo look awesome.   Your recipe sounds yummy and I would like to try it.   It made me smile because I never heard of Halloumi until I was in Australia and Jody went asking for something vegetarian for the barbie her friend was hosting.   I loved it and never knew you could grill cheese like that!   When I got home I looked for it, it's hard to find here except for a certain time of year.   Your card is really lovely.

Pretty card and a yummy sounding recipe. Haloumi isn't readily available here but there are a couple of specialty stores that probably carry it. It's on Mediterranean restaurant menus so they must get it somewhere!  I love the colorful veggies on your card.

Love your oil and veggies cluster. Got to look for a cheese similar to Haloumi. Have not seen it in the stores here.
