I love your take on the sketch! The swoopy waves add motion and the perfect color against the paper background...and that dragonfly...perfect! Your journaling is every mother's lament...LOL! Fantastic!

Great action photo! Love the waves behind the photo - have such amazing movement! Love you choice of using the bright celadon green against the dull brown background - i like how the green pops! And wonderful journaling too! Clever use of the sketch!
