Be still and know that I am God

 

While in OKC during our whirlwind basketball tournament, I pulled into a convenient store for a quick grab of some necessities. The parking lot was lined with these beautiful blossoming trees. As I quickly got out of the car, I looked up at the blossoms and this phrase ran through my head. Maybe I'd seen the verse on a church sign, I'm not sure. But the moment made me pause in the middle of all the busy-ness of the trip. I needed that pause. The photo turned out overexposed (I had just been taking pictures inside a gymnasium and forgot to change my settings) but in a way the overexposure fits the moment. ;)

 

I'm not sure why the lettering is fuzzy. It's not like that in the full .psd document, nor in the full-sized .jpg document - only the little .jpg.... go figure.
